“I have a strong 5 star rating for this company. I ordered a beautiful medical alert dog tag necklace. It was sent to Texas where I live. I had my lawyer draw up my DNR paperwork and nowhere was the information that Texas demands the exact wording "Texas DO NOT RESUSITATE-OOH" on the ID or the EMTs are going to mess around with your DB instead of leaving you in Heaven where you want to be. Enclosed with my tag was that info. I had ordered it with simply my name and DNR on the emblem side. There went my peace of mind out the window. I called the company just to suggest that in the future, when they see medical tags are destined to go to Texas, they might inform the customer before engraving.
The customer service staff was so professional and wanted to make it right and sent me a new tag, worded correctly. I was amazed, and frankly would have paid another $98 to have a correctly worded tag to which American Medical ID provided at no charge. I will recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation. EMT’s would be compliant. It was THAT important to me. American Medical ID produces beautiful medical alert jewelry and conducts their business honorably. You have my thanks.”

“I want to thank you all so much for your outstanding Customer Service. We ordered our 7-year-old a new silicone bracelet with the steel faceplate; however, when it came it was too big. I was worried it would fall off her wrist and get lost or that it moving would ruin the faceplate so I called in to find out our options.
Not only was Brianna polite and happy to help but she is sending out a smaller band at no cost to us and said to keep the original one until it fits even though this was my error.
This was so unexpected and much appreciated! I am a member of several groups here on Facebook for parents of children with life threatening food allergies and I'll be sure to tag them and let them know what an amazing company this is as bracelets are always a hot topic!”
Blood Thinner Medical ID Bracelet Is a Life Saver
“Just made a purchase, not an easy one. I was surprised at how difficult this purchase was to make. I have always been healthy and now if I wanted to go do the things that make me happy or even anything I should have one of these little life savers on. At least for the next two months. I risked the first month. I am on blood thinners and have already mashed my finger with a mallet, been bitten gently in a playful manner by one of my dogs, had a 100 lb. ridgeback jump up on me and against the pleading of my doctor, rode my bike. I want to keep riding and if life keeps happening a paramedic or bystander needs to know that I am an easy bleeder.
